It's a false alarm! It's been brought to my attention before and I've asked several to verify the same issue. The comments and several DMs after that post say the files come out clean.
What usually happens is some Ren'Py files are unrecognized and falsely labelled as a threat.
Does anyone know if there's a specific pattern Mychael's cardigan is based off? I know it's relatively simple, but I'd want measurements before trying to make it lol.
This game is amazing, the art style is SOOO GOOD. I honestly don't think my english is good enough to express just how much I enjoyed playing it. Mychael is adorable, his expressions are just too much to handle, I love when he blushes blue, I want to kiss his pretty face. I honestly can't wait to see more!

I would die for Mychael omg. I'm obsessed with the fluffy atmosphere and then the subtle tension and ahhhhh. The art is also INSANE btw omg, i love how often his expressions change it really makes you immersed and just ahhh love love love

One question though? WHAT DOES MICHAEL HAS IN COMMON W A JELLYFISH?? I tried to look up jellyfish facts and even googled the weird thing MC mentioned after the jellyfish convo, but I couldn't find anything? Am I missing something?
Soooo cute love the graphics, background music is nice and mychael is cute af like hes bad, but like he knows it and feels guilty? It's interesting not many yandere games have the yandere as a guilty person. He's complex. I like it soo much! Again the art style is so beautiful! Anyway can't wait for the full release!!!

Already commented 5 month ago or so, and much of my oppinions/rating haven't changed. That doesn't mean I haven't ABSOLUTELY DEVOURED the new installment. I mean, WOW. We eating GOOD. Loved every aspect of it, all of the different routes to be taken. Though I am quite suprised that the route to continuation ends with us ACTUALLY returning home. It's certainly a suprise, I had expected things to keep getting worse but somehow this is more wholesome then I anticipated(though don't think I didn't notice the red flags in both the "thank you" and "hug him" options :p, no really, it's good to see that the game is staying true to it's yandere roots, or should I say hyphae? *wink wink nudge nudge*, it would've felt a little corny to have a complete 180 in the mood and atmosphere.). Once again eagerly awaiting further continuation to see how it all unfolds!
On my previous theories on the wider story regarding our cat, MAN did this installment leave me with mixed evidence.
On one hand, there is no many threads that contradict my theory of the magenta text mushrooms being an extension of Mycheal and a way for him to hunt-having been what I previously assumed to have been the fate of our cat! Actually, having read through the first two days again(despite my saves suprisingly remaining intact, hm!), some of Mycheal's dialogue felt like it was hinting to the HORRIFYING reveal that the meat in the cottage pie was indeed our cat's; which may still be the case with the obvious hinting that the trap the rabbit was in was set up by Mycheal, I mean, who else?
Well anyway, the dialogue of him talking directly ABOUT the mushrooms certainly seems to contradict my prior theories. That, and MAN did I giggle and kick my legs at the obvious "I consider them invasive when they get on MY property"(yes i'm cringe like that, sue me, cringe culture is dead haha). Then again, there's been alot of evidence proving that theory too, so now I'm even more curious about how all of this is going to work. Whether the mushrooms may play a more antagonistic part in Mycheal's backstory. And the box under his bed! Definitely alot of food for thought that I'm curious to see expanded in the future

Everything from the artstyle, to the way you made the backgrounds, CG, music choice and everything else quite frankly! Dont even get me started on the writing, it is so well done and the MCs inner monologue felt just so fitting? Im not sure how to explain it but i really enjoyed their personality and the options given when there needed to be player input <3
Long comment but i just wanted to show (just a glimpse) of the enjoyment i get from your game, i dont know if you plan to keep making more but i know you have a talent! ill be waiting excitedly for the rest of mushroom oasis :D

I was trying to download the game using linux and it didnt work soooo i was just wondering if it doesn't work on there or something
Huh that's odd. It should've worked since Renpy makes the build for PC intending it for both Windows and Linux. What error shows up?

Oh, did you download through the app by chance? Can you try using the website and see if it works?
Yeah I tried both. They didn't work sadly. It might just be that your game only works on mac and pc? The downloads are only for those.

Oh within the folders should be the application file. Can you try that?
the only file in it say BGM Credits.txt
