The 'freak out' option had me laughing so hard bruh that really went from 0 to 100 immediately. I was trying to go for a realistic route (bc who wouldn't feel a little freaked?) but I learnt my lesson real quick damn

I went into this game to find out what the character looked like (I was not disappointed) and I left with the most GUT WRENCHING TALE OF MY LIFE AND SO MANY QUESTIONS.

ANYWAYS. This was so incredibly well made and was fully worth my time and tears (Good Golly, did this hurt) I love the art style, I love the sound effects, and I love the overall concept of this character.

cat is unfortunately dead :( you can see a cat shaped outline in the mushroom circle (i don't remember if you can see it in the beginning, but in one of the bad ends it's very clearly the cat)
i am absolutely in love with mushroom oasis!! oh my gosh, everything that's building up is incredible and i can't wait to really get into the meat of it. i'm so excited for wherever this story takes me <3 mychael is just perfect (even in all of his imperfection) and i adore him. i'm really looking forward to getting to know him and his story more (also to see him maybe snap) and to see how things turn out with him and the main character. btw i DID cry during ending 2
also! i can't for the life of me figure out one of the endings... so far i've gotten ending 1, 2 and 3 out of the bad endings, and then the neutral/story progression ending. i can't figure out how to get bad ending 4? </3
Bad Ending 4 is pretty simple. Right after the river scene where Mychael carries you home and gives you clothes to freshen up, you're prompted with two options. 'I should be careful...' or 'I'm just being paranoid...' You have to choose the first option.
The next morning, when you both are sitting down for breakfast, you'll be prompted again with the option of whether or not to trust him. DON'T.
When he starts to lead you home, the choices don't matter much up until the mushroom circle, where after he keeps you from touching them and then yells at you, a third option appears labeled 'Call him out'
Pressing that will lead you to the 4th ending (Choices after that one can't change the course; they're all gonna get you where you're going.)
I am absolutely enjoying this game. The character of Mychael is so interesting, and I hope that when the game is done, we get a prequel that explores his backstory with more depth. But I don't know what the creator is doing as far as future projects. But this game is so gorgeous, and emotional too.
Istg, this is the best yan game I've ever played, and I have played MANY! I cant help but check back here every day to see when this gets an update lol! I love Mychael and this game so much!!
